After clearing the property, the items you wish to retain would be taken to our storage facility and individually wrapped and packed for freight, we can forward property to almost anywhere in the world.

Toronto House Clearance, Canada.
We were contacted via email by a family member of the deceased who was living in Toronto, Canada, she informed us that her uncle whom she had never met had past a way and his property had been left to her, she also informed us that she or her husband were not in a position to come to the UK because of family commitments and that a solicitor was looking after the formalities.
I assured her that we would be able to co-ordinate a full house clearance without the need for her to come to England. Upon her agreement, we contacted the solicitors to obtain the keys to the property, took photos and emailed her a detailed quote and an in depth process of the procedure.
1 week later, we proceeded with the clearance, placing sentimental and valuable items to one side: i.e. war medals, family photographs and jewellery ready for packing and shipping to Toronto. Upon completing the clearance which entailed the lifting and removal of all carpets and conducting a full clean, we forwarded the keys to the estate agents for the property to be placed on the market.
We completed the assignment by organising the shipping of the sentimental and valuable items to Toronto.
